Senior VDC Specialist

What you’ll do
- Own clash detection end-to-end for MEPFS models in Navisworks / ACC Model Coordination.
- Federate models, run coordination meetings and track clashes to closure.
- Build Revit models for shoring, civil and concrete packages from 2D drawings.
You’ll need
- 6+ years in BIM/VDC with hands-on clash coordination.
- Navisworks, Revit, ACC Build. BEP compliance experience.

BIM Engineer – Architecture / Structure

What you’ll do
- Build architectural and supporting structural Revit models from CAD, sketches and specs.
- Create custom families, manage design options and phasing, produce construction documents.
- Coordinate with MEP teams in Navisworks and with overseas clients on BIM 360 / ACC.
You’ll need
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, 4–7 yrs architectural BIM.
- Strong Revit (families, phasing), Navisworks, AutoCAD.

Senior MEP Design & Modelling Engineer
▾
What you’ll do
- Lead MEP design and Revit delivery (LOD 300–500) for US, UK and UAE projects.
- Chair clash coordination, sign off IFC, fabrication and shop drawings.
- Mentor a team of modellers and act as the main technical contact for clients.
You’ll need
- 8+ yrs MEP design and modelling, 2+ yrs in a senior role.
- Expert Revit MEP, Navisworks. ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC or CIBSE code knowledge.

MEP Design & Modeller

What you’ll do
- Model mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems in Revit MEP.
- Run clash detection in Navisworks and prepare IFC, fabrication and shop drawings.
- Support MEP takeoffs and cost estimates from model data.

- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical or Electrical, relevant MEP modelling experience.

Estimator – General Construction

What you’ll do
- Prepare complete cost estimates from takeoffs and current unit costs for a US contractor.
- Contact subcontractors on key trades and maintain estimate backup.
- Review design options and recommend on cost, quality and availability.
You’ll need
- 4–8 yrs estimating, project controls or PE experience. Strong CSI division knowledge.
- On-Screen Takeoff, DESTINI Estimator, Excel. Clear spoken English.

Estimator – Bid Coordination (Subcontractor Outreach)

What you’ll do
- Run takeoffs and issue RFQs to US subcontractors and vendors.
- Call subs to chase quotes, clarify scope gaps and level bids.
- Build estimates from conceptual to GMP in BuildingConnected / Procore.

Estimating Analyst (Ireland)

What you’ll do
- Produce Bills of Quantities in NRM or ARM from tender drawings and specs.
- Package information for subcontractors and appraise their quotations.
- Flag risks and value-engineering opportunities to the bid team.
You’ll need
- B.Tech Civil or QS qualification. ACIOB / SCSI an advantage.
- Strong grasp of contracts, procurement and construction methods.
Project Support
Assistant Project Manager – Division 7 (Building Envelope)

What you’ll do
- Build submittal registers and manage roofing, waterproofing and facade submittals in Procore.
- Coordinate shop drawings, prepare LEED documentation and closeout packages.
- Draft RFIs, transmittals and change orders. Track POs and deliveries.
You’ll need
- 4+ yrs as PE, Project Coordinator or APM with a GC or subcontractor.
- Procore, Microsoft 365. Division 7 exposure is a strong plus.

Civil Engineer – US General Contractor Support
▾
What you’ll do
- Join a US general contractor’s project team: drawing reviews, takeoffs and estimates.
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, logs and meeting minutes.
- Attend daily calls with the US team.
You’ll need
- B.Tech Civil from an IIT or NIT (freshers welcome).
- AutoCAD, Excel, good spoken English. Comfortable with a 8:30/9:30 PM IST start.

Shop drawings, construction documents or as-builts. Two or three sheets per project is enough.

Colour-coded takeoff markups plus the quantity or cost summary in Excel or PDF.
Clash reports
Navisworks clash reports or before-and-after views showing what you resolved.
Questions candidates ask
Are remote roles permanently work-from-home?
Yes. Roles marked “Remote” are permanent work-from-home positions. You’ll need reliable high-speed internet, power backup and a quiet workspace.
What shift will I work?
Each role shows its shift: US (EST/CDT/PST), UK, Ireland or Indian day shift. Shifts follow the client’s working hours.
Do I need international project experience?
It helps for senior roles, but it isn’t required for all of them. Our Civil Engineer role is built for freshers from IITs and NITs.
What is the technical test for full-time roles?
A practical task from real work: a small Revit model, a takeoff from a drawing set or a short estimate. It usually takes 2–4 hours.
What samples should freelancers share?
Two or three recent projects in your main discipline: model views, drawing sheets, takeoff markups or estimate summaries. Remove client names and anything confidential before sharing.
How is freelance work paid?
Rates are agreed per project, either hourly or per deliverable, before you start. Payment is released on agreed milestones after QA review.
