Hire Dedicated Data Center Estimators & BIM Teams
Hire a data center estimator or a full BIM coordination team without adding permanent headcount. Optimar Precon places dedicated offshore electrical estimators, mechanical estimators, MEP takeoff specialists and BIM coordinators inside US contractor bid and VDC teams.
Your dedicated team works only on your projects, to your standards and in your tools, with a named coordinator and working hours that overlap your US day.
Tell Us the Team You Need
Share the roles, number of people, trades and expected start date. We will propose a team structure, profiles and commercial terms.
Group-wide figures across all Optimar Precon services.
Data Center Pipelines Need Capacity That Stays
Data center work arrives as repeat phases, campus expansions and back-to-back bids from the same owners. One-off outsourcing resets the learning curve every time. A dedicated team keeps the same people on your projects, so your standards, cost codes and owner preferences carry forward.
Bid More Without Hiring
Add estimating and BIM capacity when the pipeline grows, without the recruiting time and fixed cost of new US headcount.
Keep Knowledge on the Team
The same estimators and modelers learn your templates, labor units, owner standards and phase history across every project.
Extend Your Working Day
Hand off drawings at the end of your day and review progress the next morning, with overlap hours for live coordination.

Hiring Dedicated Data Center Estimators and BIM Teams: FAQs
How do I hire a remote data center estimator?
Share the trades, project types, software and working hours you need. Optimar Precon proposes estimator profiles with relevant MEP and mission-critical experience for you to interview. After selection, the estimator is onboarded to your templates and cost codes and works only on your projects.
What is the difference between a dedicated resource and a VCC?
A dedicated resource is one or more specialists working full-time on your projects under your direction. A Virtual Captive Center (VCC) is a larger managed team, with its own lead and processes, that runs as an extension of your estimating or VDC department across many projects.
Can one team cover both estimating and BIM?
Yes. Teams can combine electrical and mechanical estimators, takeoff specialists, BIM modelers and BIM coordinators under one delivery coordinator, so preconstruction cost and coordination work stay aligned on the same data center program.
Will the team work in our software and templates?
Yes. Dedicated teams can work inside your estimating, takeoff and BIM environment, such as Accubid, Bluebeam, Revit or Autodesk Construction Cloud, using your templates, labor units, cost codes and BIM standards. Optimar-licensed software can be used where you prefer.
What working hours does a dedicated offshore team keep?
Working hours are agreed at onboarding, with overlap with your US working day for calls, coordination meetings and handoffs. Work handed over at the end of your day can progress overnight and be ready for review the next morning.
How is our project data kept secure?
Every team member signs an NDA before accessing drawings or systems. Optimar Precon’s information security is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and its privacy information management to ISO/IEC 27701, covering access control, file handling and data retention.
How is a dedicated data center team priced?
Dedicated resources are priced as a monthly fee per role, based on experience level, trade and working hours. There is no recruiting fee or overhead for software, office or benefits. You receive a written proposal with team structure and commercial terms before any commitment.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. Team size can be adjusted as your data center pipeline changes, for example adding estimators for a bid season or BIM coordinators when projects move into construction. Notice periods and scaling terms are set in the engagement agreement.
